The user further acknowledges that any unauthorized use of their login information may result in the unauthorized access to their account and/or theft of the program's alerts. Therefore, the user agrees that sharing the alerts or any information obtained from the program with any third party, without the program's prior written consent, will be considered theft and may result in legal action, including but not limited to prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
The program reserves the right to immediately terminate the user's account without notice, in the event that the user shares their login information with any third party. The program will not be obligated to provide any refunds or compensation to the user in such circumstances.
SMS Terms Of Service (TAlgo Program)
1. You will receive system updates and/or promotional marketing messages. Message frequency varies.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just respond "STOP" to the number that messaged you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@tradealgo.com.
