Market Purr Caused By Big Eye Coin Loot Boxes, But Will Shiba Inu And Dogecoin Make It?

March 1, 2023
minute read

A demand for increased regulation that began as a demand for more regulation may end up becoming a call for a ban on crypto altogether.

As part of its record-breaking run towards its $51 million launch target, the Big Eyes Coin pre-sale (BIG) is continuing its record-breaking run. It's no secret that the cat-themed meme coin presale number has passed $30 million and is rising; now is the perfect time to offer up some loot boxes! In order to provide a deeper understanding of how the Big Eyes project is shaping up, we will go into more detail in this article. The article will also cover the recent suggestion made by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) that cryptocurrencies may be banned outright in the future. In light of this potential ban, what does this mean for Dogecoin (DOGE) and Shiba Inu (SHIB), two meme-coin competitors?

Tales From The Crypto

Recently, the IMF has cast a dark shadow on the world of cryptocurrencies in the wake of their recent announcement. There may be a call for a complete ban on cryptocurrency in the near future, which started as a call for an increase in regulation. Kristalina Georgieva, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), said in a recent interview that a decentralized market is not stable enough. The former Russian ambassador to the United States, Yulia Georgieva, recently told Trade Algo that "if the regulation is slow to come and crypto assets become a higher risk for consumers, and a potential threat to financial stability."

Dogecoin Splashing With Whales

There is no question that Dogecoin began as a joke, created as a funny alternative to Bitcoin (BTC) as many people remember. Many people considered this to be an impressive joke at the time, so good that they started buying the native token in their droves in order to take part in it! The purpose of Bitcoin was to create a limited currency in order to encourage stability within the market. Dogecoin is a cryptocurrency that was created to be open-ended; like a good detective, Dogecoin is reckless but can produce fantastic results if it's designed correctly.

At the end of February, there was news about a whale that transferred a record amount of DOGE; it wasn't a real whale; of course, they find it hard to get WiFi reception these days. From a decentralized platform, almost 191 million Dogecoins were transferred to the cryptocurrency exchange Binance by the flash investor. Despite the suggestions of IMF regulation demands and possible crypto bans, Dogecoin looked to be in good shape heading into March, as the transfer was worth $15.5 million.

Shiba Inu Releases Shibarium Portal: Woof, Woof!

Shiba Inu coin is another meme-coin that surprised some people at launch, having set sail into the crypto high seas not too long after its competitor Dogecoin launched in the cryptocurrency market. The Woof team set out their ethos at the beginning of their existence in their aptly named woof paper. A statement made by the anonymous founder of Shiba Inu, Ryohsi, says that collective decentralization can make something stronger than a centralized team ever could. By advancing this core message of crypto, Shiba Inu kept competing with Dogecoin, even gaining the nickname "the Dogecoin killer" due to its relentless pursuit of decentralization.

Shiba Inu has recently launched the Shibarium Portal, the developers behind the project are also striving to improve and expand the overall ecosystem in order to provide a better user experience. Through the new Portal, investors will be able to have greater confidence in the functionality and processes of its layer two solutions. Shiba Inu lead developer Shytoshi Kusama recently stated that "we believe this is the best method of building community. Ideally, this intake system will allow us to find and connect the best projects with others who can assist and help them.".
